2009 FFF Southern Council NominationFederator of the YearWarren HaggardMSFF nomination for Federator of the Year is Warren Haggard. Warren has led our organizations efforts for promoting the FFF throughout our membership. Through Warren’s efforts he has added numerous members to the ranks of FFF. Warren participates in the new member classes, club meetings and newsletters getting the word out and encouraging both members and new comers to join the FFF.
