Besides being an officer for the Southern Council, Dennis has also worn many other hats. Dennis has been an integral part of the auction forever it seems. His quips with Johnny help liven up the auction beyond belief. Dennis had also been a presenter with his Dutch Oven Cooking class every year that draws throngs of participants. Dennis has done so much behind the scenes that he does not get the credit he deserves for.
