The time for 2009 Southern Council Conclave is getting closer. It is now autumn and the time of year when all the fly fishers from near and far converge on Mountain Home, Arkansas. This is an annual event designed encourage and educate members of the Federation of Fly Fishers and their guests.
Featured fly fishers are Bob Clouser, Captain Conway Bowman and Stacy Lynn.
